NIAAA BOARD GOALS
2011
New Initiatives:
1. Exploring the options to enhance and provide a more interactive website to benefit our members and also better communicate NIAAA activities.
2. Create an uninterrupted flow of information from the NIAAA Staff/Board to State Officers/Liaisons and to the members.
3. Aggressively communicate the North Central Accreditation and share how it benefits our members.
4. Develop a leadership succession plan to address the issue of succession for the national office staff positions. (Accreditation)
On Going Initiatives:
1. Continue to communicate the benefits of “dual/modified” membership to increase membership by all states and Washington, D.C. and share implementation strategies that are working in states
2. Quality Program – continue to promote school program
